Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Chaos Controller ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Service. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — your name, email address, and business name when you sign up.
  • Business content — the information you and your team enter into the Service: tasks, schedules, processes, training materials, team member details, and similar data.
  • Usage information — data about how the Service is used (features accessed, pages viewed) so we can operate and improve it.
  • Billing information — handled by our payment processor; we receive a record of your subscription but do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to operate and provide the Service, maintain your account, process payments, provide support, communicate service updates, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your business content to advertise to anyone.

3. Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the Service (for example hosting, payment processing, and email delivery), with legal or safety obligations when required by law, and with your direction — for example when you invite team members who can see your business content.

4. Data retention and deletion

We keep your business content while your subscription is active. If you cancel, we retain your data for a limited grace period so you can reactivate or export it, and then delete it. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time through our Contact & Support page.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encryption in transit and at rest, and access controls — to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through our Contact & Support page. We will verify your identity before acting on a request.

7. Cookies

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and understand product usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service changes. If a change is material, we will notify you through the Service or by email before it takes effect.

9. Contact

Privacy questions can be sent through our Contact & Support page.
